Yes, we all know it: Most of us are sitting WAY too much and we can find hundred reasons to justify it. We can even engage exercise physiology to measure stiffness in hip muscles, hamstrings and quads.


Or ignore the habit to load more guilt feelings on top and beat ourselves up? There MUST be a different way!
