Just take a minute and think about this biological magic that keeps you alive. I am sure that every organ deeply appreciates to be recognized, respected, and loved with all your heart and soul.
Want to go a step further? Ready to enjoy a body meditation for 3-5 minutes? Find a quiet place, sit down, interlace your fingers and close your eyes. Just take a deep breath and pay attention to your heartbeat in your chest, notice how you feel your pulse at your wrist and fingertips. Then let your feeling of gratitude for this miracle flood your mind...
