Celebration time!

In December of 2003, I called my business 'Genius Coaching' because I always have been fascinated by the magic and brilliance of exceptional human beings. Albert Einstein initiated this quest with his famous quote "There is a true genius in everyone; but if you judge a fish by his ability to climb a tree, it will always believe that it is stupid".

I have read quite a few genius biographies to find a common denominator: ALL of them started out as brilliant misfits. Many of them suffered their way to brilliance and overcame unsurmountable obstacles. But they reached a feeling of deep satisfaction, of being 'in their element', of providing a big value for generations of people.



"There MUST be easier ways to decode and activate human brilliance" became my mantra and guiding star for creating and building Genius Coaching. I feel deeply grateful for my experiences from 22,000 hours of individual coaching sessions and group programs with families, young adults, company leaders and entrepreneurs, deep connections with colleagues and inspiration from top leaders in coaching, education and psychology.

During the Covid years, the transformational power of joy and play became fundamental parts of Genius Coaching as long-term motivators for the desire to unfold hidden brilliance at any age. What if it would be extremely joyful to be brilliant?

For the past 3 years Longevity Coaching has been serving brilliant misfits in their advanced years who have a passion and burning desire to extend their health span and consequently their life span. It is fueled by my own passion and experience as a longevity activist since 1990, first in Germany and later in Scottsdale, AZ .

I feel grateful for connecting with you today as you read this message, thankful for every person I have been interacting with.
