Playful Movement to add Joy to Your Day

"Last year I found out that my 5-year old is extremely gifted. He taught himself to read and loves to play chess with his Dad. However, he is not very interested in simply being a child and playing. Playful, physical movements can help keep that power of play alive every day.

Try this Power of Play Exercise. Enjoy!
