Leadership Coaching

We partner with experienced leaders as well as recently promoted managers on a Senior level  who are willing and ready to expand their leadership skills quickly and effectively. They have been successful in their career and might bring leadership experience from other companies to UTI. They are aware of their contributions as successful and effective leaders to the overall success of UTI and want to expand on it further. They are ready to explore more of their leadership potential with the guidance of an experienced coach.

For this specific group of leaders we offer 2 different leadership development programs that are based on the same guiding principles:

  • Measurable outcomes regarding changes in the leader’s behavior as determined by stakeholders at the end of the coaching engagement.

  • A focus on changing leadership behaviors and perceptions of behavior.

  • Three-way conversation with stake holder/sponsor every 8 weeks about progress.

During an initial personal meeting with the leadership coaching candidate and her/his sponsor we determine the most effective selection from these coaching topics for the given situation or challenge. Together we decide for:

Option 1: 3 months duration with 1 weekly coaching session of 45 minutes

Option 2: 6 months duration with 1 weekly coaching session of 45 minutes
