Susanna’s passion and focus is to help children and young adults perform at their highest possible level and earn the rewards associated therewith. Her professional background combines:

-       5 years of experience as accelerated learning and genius coach for Fit for Learning, Inc. and Genius Coaching, LLC helping hundreds of teens and adults make great leaps in their performance levels in educational and professional settings;

-       13 years of corporate career experience in the U.S. and Germany as executive account manager with a track record of increasing sales through communications excellence and high-quality customer service;

-       3 years of non-profit experience as business manager for the Scottsdale Artists’ School; and

-       Experience of living, working and studying in four different countries and cultures: Germany, U.S., Israel and Costa Rica.

Susanna is a certified professional coach from the International Coach Academy, a coaching school accredited by the International Coach Federation. Susanna graduated from the University of Munich with a B.A. in Japanese culture and economics. She holds a certification as an Accelerate Learning Coach from the Institute of Biology of Learning in Augsburg/Germany.
