The program is delivered in three modules:
Module 1 will provide you with the proven professional coaching tools that can be immediately applied in a personal or professional environment.
Module 2 lays out our Genius Profileâ„¢, the most comprehensive evaluation system for individual strengths and exceptional talents on the market.
Module 3 introduces Physical Intelligence as the new scientific framework for accelerating lasting behavior change. Specific exercises target outdated habits to stimulate new behavior in the brain and nervous system. Obsolete behavior disappears faster and confidence levels improve rapidly.

Module 1: Strengths Based Coaching
This first module in our Genius Coach Certification program provides the professional skills to significantly improve confidence, self esteem, strengths development and engagement. These provide a foundation for lasting success in school and company environments. Outdated behavior can be replaced with more successful habits that are aligned with and support the development of an individual’s strengths.

Module 3: Physical Intelligence©
As a foundation for emotional and mental intelligence, the synergy between the 100 Trillion cells of the adult human body provides a practically endless foundation for information processing, rapid learning and innate wisdom. While we automatically draw on this power to keep us alive and vibrant each day, Genius Coaching has developed practical techniques to purposely harness this vastly underutilized resource to effectively dissolve stress related barriers, outdated habits and unwanted behavior patterns. Kids simply love it because Physical Intelligence© focuses their natural tendency to move and have fun.
The Physical Intelligence© techniques and exercises are the foundation and hallmark of Genius Coaching and are recognized by national authorities in behavioral science. They accelerate the professional coaching process and yield lasting results much faster by boosting confidence and self esteem while eliminating, at the cellular level, the root causes of resistance, sabotage and anxiety.
Participants will
- Personally experience each component of the Physical Intelligence© System
- Integrate each step into the overall Genius Coaching process for clients of any age.
- Learn how to support each individual to experience their own complete and holistic alignment of intuition, emotion and mental capacity so they can feel the unique and valuable person they are.

Certification
After program completion, each participant works with at least one client for a minimum of 5 consecutive sessions and writes a case study that includes the client situation and progress as well as the role of the Genius Coach. it reflects familiarity with the Genius Coaching process, and will be reviewed with the mentor coach for approval.
